Real estate law and property law are specialities of the law office. The founder of the law office, Luka Skvarča, has many years of experience in the field of real estate and property law.

He has managed a real estate agency and several real estate projects from the purchase of land to the sale of constructed real estate to final buyers. He holds a license from the Institute of auditors as a certified real estate appraiser (license at a standstill) and as a real estate agent.

He is finishing his postgraduate Master's degree in civil and commercial law at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana.

Within the framework of real estate law, our work covers all aspects of real estate business, such as acquisition, alienation, management, financing and checking the condition of real estate.

We advise our clients on the purchase and sale, as well as the rent and lease of real estate. We represent them in procedures for the sharing and division of real estate, as well as in real estate disputes.

We manage real estate projects including the whole process of investment in real estate from the acquisition of land for construction, obtaining a building permit, construction of the real estate and obtaining a permit of use to the sale of the real estate to final buyers.

We advise on investments in real estate and prepare documents in connection with real estate business.

In the area of property law, we manage ownership, possessory, neighbourhood and boundary disputes for our clients. We provide advice and representation in the regulation and protection of easement, the distribution of joint ownership of property and establishment of floor ownership. Furthermore, we draw up contracts and documents of property law.

We also provide other legal services in the field of real estate and property law.
